The Basic Carbine course at Modern Shooting Solutions in Washington is designed to give students an extensive introduction to gun safety and the skills necessary to effectively operate a rifle-style weapon. Available to clients in the St. George, Hurricane, Ivins, Santa Clara, and Southern Utah areas, this course features a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on exercises that are easy to understand for students of all experience levels. Our instructors will help guide you through the process of building confidence and developing effective shooting techniques, focusing on areas such as the mechanics of presenting the weapon on target, trigger squeeze, recoil anticipation, and follow through. Whether you're new to carbines or looking to improve your skills, this course is suitable for all experience levels and will provide you with a solid foundation for further training.
